Below, you’ll find some helpful information to help new customers book speakers, engagements, and workshops. Please feel free to refer to our FAQ page if you need further information, or reach out via our Contact page for more assistance.

Reaching your leader or speaker

Our team is prepared to help you answer any questions or concerns prior to your event. Ideally, we should solidify any logistics, travel, or special accommodations associated with your event. Feel free to reach out to Lead Firm Speaks staff if you need to speak to your facilitator sooner. 

Event Promotion

Our hopes are that we provide everything on our website that you need leading up to your event. Our speakers’ photos, along with intros and promo material are available here on our website. As always, feel free to reach out directly if you need additional info.

Meals and Accommodations

Please let us know if your event entails any additional receptions, book signings, or meet and greets. Our speakers and facilitators look forward to meeting your organization’s community! Our team will ensure that speakers are aware of any additional responsibilities during their visits.


Tables and Visual Requirements

Please reach out ahead of time if you have any accommodations centered around local agencies, co-sponsors, or other campus groups that we can work into our session. We can consult on ideal table placement and introductions too!

Transportation and Logistics

Your chosen speaker or leader should arrive hours prior to your event. Typically, your speaker will be centered at their hotel, resting and preparing for the event. In situations that involve driving, please ensure that we have correct addresses and directions to your institution

Speaker Intros

Feel free to download your speaker’s introduction from our Speakers page. In most cases, our speakers are introduced by a designated student leader. We don’t mind if you add additional context to your speaker’s intro! We encourage you to read up and research your speaker ahead of time! You should also plug your sponsors, or tailor specific opening/closing remarks at this time. 

Film, Photography and Media

There are cases where videotaping or photography of our speakers is encouraged! Please be sure to check with us prior to your event as our speakers have specific requirements as it relates to press, media, or taping. We’re glad to schedule press, phone/video interviews, or other mutually beneficial arrangements. 

Post-game Review

We’d love some insight into your evaluation data if you disseminate post-event surveys. Please share this info with our staff or your speakers as we use this data to improve our presentations, events, and workshops. While optional, post-game reviews (evaluations) really do help push us forward.

Our Feedback

We typically reach out to you, via email, the week after your event to for feedback. We’re hyper-focused on exceeding your wildest expectations! Along with your and your audience’s feedback, we also highly value any testimonials you may be able to send in post-event. 

Fee Payments

It is imperative that we cove all paperwork required by your school or organization prior to your event date. Our contracts include an invoice, as well as our Federal ID Number. Our contract dictates that payment is due no later than two weeks following your event.  Please follow the instructions for payment included with your contract.
