Chris V. Rey, J.D. serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the March of Dimes, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected non-profit organizations committed to leading the fight for the health of all moms and babies. In 2011, at the age of 34, Rey was elected the youngest Mayor of the City of Spring Lake, North Carolina where he served three terms from 2011 to 2017 and became a top 2016 US Senate candidate for the State of North Carolina. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the criminal justice departments at the University of Mount Olive where he teaches classes on constitutional law, criminal law, juvenile justice, criminal courts, and cyber-crimes.
