Overview

Recruitment is not only a rush, interest meeting, or an intake focused event. To position chapters and councils for successful recruitment; we must take a holistic look at programmatic thrust, approachability, physical and social media presence. Chapters have established traditions that provide parameters of membership entry that are not aligned with institution and national policy, nor current collegiate climate. How do we address these chapterisms? We collectively explore what intentionality looks like as members; seeking to grow and expand on campus. Are you Ready to RIP when creating programs that reach the student population? Are you Ready to RIP when inviting students to signature programs? We must RIP when ensuring that social media presence reflects the principles in which the organization was founded. This session will reignite the purpose in which members joined and equip them to share that purpose through various recruitment efforts for exponential growth. This program can be customized to fit all institutional needs.
