Overview
This session explores how millennials employ asset-based strategies to positively impact society through influence and activism.
Millennials were coined as members of the “slackism” movement. This movement birthed from the consistent development of social media hashtag campaigns. This movement was provided awareness but lacked the ability to meet the decision makers at intersections where change can take place. The intent is to explore ways to take it from a hashtag to Capitol Hill. This interactive panel will highlight millennials approaches through quiet activism and sector agnostic behaviors.
