Overview
Given the viable partnerships that the Fraternity and presenter has established with various campuses over the last two years, the presenter has the knowledge on how to create and nurture those partnerships for the betterment of the experience of the collegiate members on those campuses. The presenter provides a real example of the success of the efforts that leadership development has dedicated to this process of assisting students with the transition from college to career. The presenter also brings 10 years of experience to the attendees, providing for a wealth of information on the topic of transition from college to career.

Ryan E. Tucker is the President of the Board for the Big Buddy Program in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, overseeing a budget of over 5.2 million dollars. Ryan is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. Ryan graduated from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana majoring in Education with a minor in psychology and has since earned his MPA. He’s currently pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education with a concentration in Educational Psychology.
